FAQ's

North Fort Worth, Rhome area, will provide specific pickup instructions after order has been placed and confirmed. 

All cookies will be made within week of pickup date unless previous arrangements made via email to be made earlier. All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness or can be frozen with requested specific instructions. 

All cookies are heat sealed and will remain fresh at room temperature for 1-2 weeks. Please keep out of direct sunlight as color may fade. DO NOT store in refrigerator. Cookies may be frozen in their packaging for up to 3 months. Please ask for specific freezing and thawing instructions if needed. 

Cookies cannot be shipped at this time per the Texas Cottage Food laws. Local pickup only.

One week minimum is required before pickup date, depending on size of the order. The earlier the better as I cannot guarantee my availability for orders and I take a limited amount of orders per week. 

Yes! There is a minimum of 1 dozen (12 cookies) to place an order.

Payment is accepted via VENMO or SQUARE. An invoice will be sent via email within 5 business days of your order inquiry with specific pickup information. Payment is due in full by date on invoice. 

Local delivery may be available, but not guaranteed, depending on my availability and for an additional fee. Email for specific inquiries. 

Refunds are not offered. If order is not picked up within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup time, order will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements made. Pickup times may be rescheduled up to 24 hours of previously scheduled time via email. No exceptions.
